Payment Alliance International, PAI, a growing force in today's Payment Processing industry, announced today that David Kozal has joined the company Senior Vice President and CFO. David will bring additional financial and risk management expertise to PAI.David comes to PAI from First Data, where he was CFO of their credit card processing unit and brings more than 20 years of banking and transaction processing experience to the team. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in creating strong financial foundations for growing business units and involved in an impressive list of various mergers and acquisitions.
