Electronic commerce and payments leader First Data Corp. today announced that it has signed an agreement to provide production services functions to Capital One Financial Corporation. The services include statement services, plastics personalization and remittance processing services and will be supported by First Data's Card Issuing Services and REMITCO business units. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
